Wayne Stalley (CAO)

Results focussed chartered banker with syndicated leveraged finance experience. Varied sales, due diligence, compliance & governance roles. Paul Packard (Credit Team) 

Paul has worked in ship finance for 30 years, as Head of Maritime for Bank of Ireland for 14 years until August 2016 following time with the shipping teams of Barclays, Merita, KBC and ING. During his career, Paul has structured and managed transaction across multiple shipping sectors. Paul has signed loans globally with clients in all shipping centres worldwide and with clients of all sizes and structures from small one-ship operations to large, multinational, publicly-listed enterprises. Over three decades in the industry, he has seen numerous industry cycles and been involved in several large restructurings and work outs. Paul has also been extensively involved in strategy formation and policy development. 

Lars Torum (Credit Team) 

Ship Financier and Chartered Shipbroker with significant experience within the offshore oil & gas and maritime transportation sectors. Directly involved in all aspects of financing including marketing, credit analysis and assessment, structuring, negotiation, documentation and execution, client relationship management, restructurings and work outs. Lars has a pro-active and hands on approach to doing business with a significant focus on building lasting professional relationships. Lars is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers. 

Ege Akcasoy 

Ege is the Founder and the Managing Partner of Titanium Capital. He has previously worked for Deutsche Bank’s financing business for over a decade. He has deep knowledge and experience in mergers & acquisitions as well as all financing from common equity to senior debt as well as secured and unsecured transactions. He has spent his tenure at Deutsche Bank in Istanbul and London, and raised over USD110 billion through 150+ transactions for institutional funds, financial institutions, corporates, UHNWIs, sovereigns and SWFs. Ege holds a BA in Economics from Ohio Wesleyan University. 

Bayram Ukuser (Financial Controller) 

25+ years' experience in the financial services sector. Former International Corporate Manager with Barclays Wealth and Investment Management Division. Responsible for client onboarding and investment in Barclays Private Wealth and Investments practice.  Joined Newport Shipping in January 2013 as Financial Controller.
